Corrections, disputes, and removals for your listing

Klang Valley Chiropractor Guide is an independent directory where chiropractors are listed free of charge. Your listing pulls from publicly available business data: your practice name, contact details, hours, and services come from public sources. Your score and review summary are calculated by a single fixed method applied uniformly to every business in the directory. The method scores Google reviews against a published rubric. Listing inclusion and your score are never affected by payment. This page explains how to fix information in your listing, challenge a score or summary, or request that your listing be removed. Fixing factual information

Your practice name, address, phone number, website, opening hours, or services can be corrected when you supply the right information plus a source we can verify it against. Acceptable sources include your own website, your Google Business Profile, or other official channels. Once we apply a correction, it stays in place through future data updates to your listing.

Challenging your score or summary

Your score and review summary come from public Google reviews analyzed through our published rubric. A dispute is not a request for a better score. A dispute is a claim that the input data itself is wrong: for example, your practice was matched to the wrong business listing, reviews from another practice were attributed to yours, or the summary misrepresents what your reviewers actually wrote. When you dispute, we re-check the sources and regenerate your listing to reflect the corrected data.

Requesting removal of your listing

We remove listings for businesses that have permanently closed, duplicate listings for the same practice, or practices outside the scope of this directory. Our monthly re-verification process automatically catches and removes listings for closed businesses. If your listing is accurate and your practice is in scope, we will decline removal and explain why.

How fast we respond

Every request receives a response within 5 business days. Removals that we confirm are completed within 7 days. Requests we decline include a plain explanation of the reason.
